Ordering: If you wish to order a product please send a note to the account ~seranatra with the subject title "Order", if Order is not the subject header it is very likely your note will be missed. In the body of the note please include the code of the item (example: J1) with the amount you want to order.

Paying: I accept paypal only for online transactions. I will send you my paypal after reciving your order. When sending payment you MUST include your DA username as well as a shipping adress somewhere in the subject or message body so that I know who has payed and where to send it. I will send you a note when your order and payment have all come through :3 You must also include shipping in your payment. All notes must be sent to the account ~seranatra

Shipping: I ship all products safely, prints in standard large envilopes and so forth (for an extra $3 I can ship it in a padded envilope if you so desire), shipping costs will be specified on individual products listed below. If a shipping cost is not listed for your area/continent it is because I have never shipped to there before and am not sure how to price your shipping at that time. Shipping costs include packaging and handling as well as delivery. Non-custom orders will generally be sent off within 48 hours of purchas. The time it takes to arrive at your door will depend on where you live, what you're buying and the agility of our local postal workers. If you purchase multiple prints, you will only have to pay the shipping cost of the largest print, the rest will be shipped with it at no extra charge.

Products: All print/book related products are printed through professional print company (an actual printing company, not like, shitty staples/office depot) and not through my personal printer to assure the best quality I can afford. The paper itself is heavyweight, generally matte or semi-gloss, obviously they come signed, without watermarks.

Stock: If an item happens to be out of stock try comming back in a week or so. If an item is not restocked within 2 weeks and you would REALLY like to order one, you can request a special order, but it will cost more (usually around $10 more) (it's a real pain printing for 1 person when not using your own printer). Some orders will be by request only and stated so, generally only for things like jewelry and out of stock notebooks.

Some products may be labled "Limited Edition", this means that what I have in stock from past cons and is all that will ever be in stock. There will be no reprints once what I have is gone, the print will be retired. If it is labled "Few Left" it means I only have between 1 and 10 left from the last printing. Unless a print is popular, it probably won't be reprinted anytime soon.

Prints are divided by 3 sizes (I say roughly as some are slightly larger or slightly smaller than exact sizes.):

Poster (roughly 11 x 17) : $15 or $10 when purchased with 2 large prints
Large (roughly 8.5 x 11) : $10 or 3 for $25 (anything after the first two is $5)
Small (roughly 4 x 6) : $5

I did have to change shipping prices from the prices on that order as they where not covering what it was costing to actually ship them with the weight of the backing and paper. You will be contacted within the next few days about payment. If you had NOT ordered a complete set, as previously stated, there where no leftovers (I had to do a re-print) and you will have to order through the print shop if you are still interested.
